Try doing a demo before getting started so that everyone has a visual example of just what they will be doing. We are going to stick with ideas that are both simple and inexpensive.
Table centerpieces for any budget
The best part about doing something simple is that you can put your own twist on things by changing just a few things like the shape of vase, adding colored water or changing the type of flower you use. Don't be afraid to put your signature on your centerpieces by adding a special touch.
I've found that you can do a lot, with quite little, and even items as simple as an elegant vase and a mirror can be the start of really great wedding centerpieces.
Group vases together to take a centerpiece up a notch. You can do this with vases of a similar size or different sizes. This also looks clean and sleek if you use identical vases in graduated sizes.
Use mirrors to take advantage of romantic lighting like candles or colorful LED lights. You'll get more bang for your buck this way.
Use water to add drama. You can float flowers or candles in water or you can use colorful water to fill your vases instead of plain old H2O.
